Cue the parting clouds and "hallelujahs". I was down the shore this weekend and upon seeing my suitcase open up, my friend's jaw dropped in awe: "whoa," he said, "you're really organized."

This was a big moment for me. Because despite my best efforts to use a label maker, I never could quite achieve a system for keeping my things in optimal order. I felt ashamed and beat myself up for my sloppy closet. Until recently, that is.

Getting the compliment from my friend helped me realize that I've indeed grown and have reached a new level of tidiness and damn it feels good.

Why the heck am I sharing this with you? Because you too probably want to be more.... something. Maybe you want to be more creative, more empathetic, more patient, more confident, more relaxed, more fit, more efficient, or more influential.

Whatever it is, you can BE that.

Last night I shared three steps for how to do it on Facebook Live. The good news is that it doesn't have to be so hard. Because guess what, you don't have to do it all by yourself.

Watch the video now.

Best,
Stella

What I've Been Up To

WELCOA Keynote Hall.jpg

This summer I had the chance to speak at Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal, Comcast, Happify, BizLibrary and Steel Partners. I ended the summer with a big bang, delivering the opening keynote to nearly 900 Corporate Wellness Professionals at the WELCOA Summit. It was electrifying! Here's a picture I took of the room, full of butterflies, as I was getting my mic checked that morning.

Want me to come speak to your team or organization? I offer workshops and keynotes both in person and via webinar. Email me or let's chat to explore the possibilities. My 2020 calendar is already getting booked up!
