While it certainly has its advantages, working from home can be a real challenge.
Suddenly there's more distractions (Netflix, your fridge, the laundry), less people motivating you to get things done, and it's pretty lonely.
To help you stay sane, focused, and productive, I created a quick video to give you some basic tips on what I do (since I work from home regularly).
