Are you too busy to delegate?

Are you doing too much and can't figure out how to let go? As a recovering people pleaser and perfectionist I used to resist delegating. I'd always find excuses to do it all myself.

Things I used to say were:
-It will take me more time to teach someone how to do this than to do it myself
-This is too important for someone to mess up - I have high standards
-I don't have the energy to fix someone's mistakes right now
-Why have someone else do something that I can do

Does any of that resonate? Delegating can feel scary for all sorts of reasons. But you have to let go to grow. If you're ready to prioritize your priorities, try this.
